Very good company! Brian came over to fix my windshield. I pointed out a chip that had already been “fixed” by one of the big named companies who I trusted, and Brian found that it wasn’t fixed at all and showed me how the crack was still able to flex. He also found another major crack that I wasn’t even aware of and showed me everything he was doing and explained how it was fixing the issue areas. Their prices are great! Brian is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Brian called before coming which let me be ready for him. He walked me through the steps he was taking to do the repairs. Very professional, friendly and helpful with hints about the job done.

I just got my windshield replaced and they did a pretty fast, very friendly and professional job. They made sure they explained the 'aftercare' instructions as well. Where some shops never replied to me or wanted to sell the recalibration upfront, StL WR took some extra time to provide information about the type of windshields they use, just as Ted did in my driveway when he replaced it. I got the same or maybe even better than original windshield, which is what I really wanted - these guys don't use cheap knock offs. And I wasn't going to have to pay a recalibration cost unless it was truly needed. A little extra work upfront for me to make sure it would part of the insurance claim and to know who I'd have to take it to, but the honesty about that part was well worth it. And these guys are one of the highest rated windshield repair companies in StL. Very happy with the service and the personnel. And yes, I would recommend them to anyone.
Just had a couple chips in my windshield that I wanted to take care of before they got worse. The technician was right on time, and called ahead. Scheduling was easy. It was an easy task checked off my list. Will definitely recommend!
I couldn't recommend this company more. I have a Jeep and have used them for a full windshield replacement and multiple repairs. They are always accommodating, quick to get me in, and fair with prices. Everyone I've spoken to there, including the after hours answering, has been incredibly nice. Definitely a lifelong customer.
I had to have my windshield replaced due to an unfixable crack. STL Windshield Repair came out on a very cold day(20s), and replaced the windshield in my driveway. I had a broken leg, so I let the car sit in the driveway for over 24hrs before driving. The weather was very cold and cloudy for a week, but no ice/snow. The windshield was not well cleaned after the install, and I had to hobble around and clean it myself. There were glue marks and other muck that needed to be cleaned off. When the sun finally came out after about a week, I noticed very light scratches right in my field of view while driving. When the sun hit it in the mornings or evenings, it would make a very distracting refraction just like a crack. So, I had STL Windshield Repair come out and take a look at it(which ended up taking over a week). I figured it could be corrected with a coating or something, but the technician stated it had to be replaced and that they would do it right now. Good so far? However, the technician stated that he would never have made the mistake of installing a scratched windshield the first time, and accused my wife and I of causing the scratches. Let's not forget that I had to clean the windshield after that installation, because he had left glue marks all over it. So clearly a final inspection was NOT done. He pretty much left in anger, and said that he wouldn't warrantee the replacement windshield. I guess the service was reasonable which is why I bumped it up to 3 stars. Can't say I'm too eager to do business with them again though.
I had my windshield replaced. The service was great. Very friendly and courteous people. Prices are reasonable. They do not service my area, but I trust this company enough that I am willing to go to them. I highly recommend for windshield repair or replacement.
This family owned company is GREAT! Fast. Effective. Friendly. Definitely would use them again!
